This blend is excellent for: those that need to select their own juice to pair with their greens, or want to drink it straight like a boss. This blends well with pomegranate, orange, apple, or pear juice, or coconut water. Just keep it under 10 grams of added sugar. 

Includes All Organic: dandelion greens, swiss chard, collard greens, curly kale, dino kale, parsley, and a very small amount of avocado oil, which reduces foam when blending greens and improves absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. 

What is 1 serving of Dark Leafy Greens? 75 grams of most dark leafy greens generally count as 1 serving of vegetables. For reference, that's roughly 1 overflowing cup of finely chopped leafy greens. Our recipe is equal parts of all our greens, and 25 grams of parsley, totaling 525 grams of greens per order. 

Triple-Washed and Cold-Blended in Reverse Osmosis filtered ice water. Dilute as needed. This is not a strained or pressed juice, you're getting every bit of that plant fiber (the key to reduced sugar cravings).
